How long does my order take to ship?

We promise to always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we have all your items on hand, we aim to process your order within 1-2 business days upon ordering. However, please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (i.e. during promo offers and public holidays).

Once we have processed your order, you will receive the tracking number for your order via e-mail.

Shipping in Canada usually takes 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received in its original packaging. We will not accept an item that is already opened and used. Please provide us the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at beautebizzcanada@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (at your own expense).

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
