Step 1: Cleanse your face

Step 2: Apply toner / serum (optional)
Use hydrating or soothing skincare before moisturizer. Avoid strong acids (AHA/BHA) when using retinol.
Step 3: Apply a small amount of moisturizer
Take a pea-sized amount and gently apply evenly to face and neck.
Step 4: Night use only
Use only at night. Do not apply in the morning.
Step 5: Build tolerance gradually
Beginners: 2–3 times per week
Advanced users: can increase frequency based on skin tolerance
Step 6: Always use sunscreen next day
